FAQ
With one call, your aircraft can be ready for departure within hours, depending on aircraft availability and airport slots.
Every quote is priced for your own route and dates. The aircraft model and where it is based, the flight time, airport charges and your schedule all shape the price — so two similar aircraft can cost different amounts, for instance when one of them first has to fly empty to your departure airport. Your quote covers the flight itself, airport charges, ground handling and any VAT that applies. Aircraft de-icing, special catering requests and some VIP lounges can add to the price; we always show them as separate items. De-icing is charged only when it is needed, and its cost depends on the work involved.
Yes — your pet flies with you in the cabin, as long as the operator agrees in advance. Tick “Travelling with pets” in the request form and tell us the type, number and weight of your pets. Pet fees are normally already part of our quotes; what they cover, such as cabin cleaning, follows the operator’s terms. The fee does not cover damage to the cabin: repairs can be costly, and the owner’s responsibility is set out in the charter contract.
We check which aircraft are available across the market, compare the offers from operators and send you a shortlist. Each option is judged on what its price actually buys — aircraft model, cabin condition, comfort and flight terms — and when a better-suited aircraft is available for a similar price, the weaker options are left out.
No. AREP Aviation is an independent charter broker: we arrange your flight with third-party aircraft operators and are not tied to any single fleet. That leaves us free to compare suitable aircraft, prices and key terms for every trip.
An empty leg is a private flight that would otherwise fly without passengers — usually an aircraft repositioning for its next charter or returning to base. Empty legs can cost less than a standard charter, but their route and departure time are set by the aircraft’s main booking and leave little room to change; for the same reason they can be rescheduled or cancelled. Availability and booking terms are always confirmed before you fly.
That depends on the terms of your booking. A new departure time, route or aircraft can change the price and has to be agreed again. Please read the cancellation and refund terms before you confirm your flight.
